Use this wonderful recipe the next time your throuat feels tight or scratchy. Gatjer together these ingredients, make an infusion, sweeten to taste and use as a gargle for sore throats

1 tsp. dried sage	1 tsp. dried honeysuckle flowers
1 tsp. dried plantain	2 cups boiling water
1 tsp. dried rosemary	1 tsp. dried honeysuckle flowers
