Jalebi is well known sweet dish not only in Chhattisgarh but also in other parts of India. In all parts it is consumed for its delicious taste. The rich traditional knowledge about its medicinal utilities, the senior natives and traditional healers of Chhattisgarh have, motivated me to include this dish in this series. The  senior natives and traditional healers recommend its daily use to the patients having the problem of Adhasisi (Migraine). It is taken in empty stomach without brushing the teeth. It is considered as one of the promising treatments of this complicated trouble. I have got opportunities to use this sweet dish through this method, to cure the problem of Migraine. In treatment of Bavasir (piles), the traditional healers suggest the use of Jalebi in another way. Freshly prepared hot Jalebi is dipped in Mooli (Radish) juice upto one hour. After this duration, the patients are suggested to take the Jalebi. According to the healers, within few days the patients feel great relief and within month, they get rid from this complicated trouble. The healers suggest the natives to consume hot Jalebi always because the stored Jalebi possess many harmful properties. Jalebi is prepared by adopting different methods. You can simply get the details from any recipe book or from internet. This is the reason I am not describing   its method of preparation.
